Stormpoof dress. Deep gray-to-purple stormy asymmetric layeirng vest. Made of zillions of small panels accentuated with visible serged stitching.

129% improvised, by me, then garment-dyed. Show with tunic, skirt, necklace and scarf that are available separately.
