Stormpoof dress. Deep gray-to-purple stormy dress that is fitted on top then VOLUMINOUS. Made of zillions of small panels accentuated with visible serged stitching — on top. Then the rest is full flaring poofy panels of high-quality woven cotton.

129% improvised, by me, then garment-dyed.

Hey look there are a few threads stuck to the back of it. Oops.
