artifacted apron (with secret pocket)

[My take on] aprons ... antiquey, artifacted, raw frayed wabi-sabi-soaked, hand-dyed + stitched topographical soul maps of the confluence between form and function. For more on the creation of them see my Studio Notes: artifacted aprons.

Waist-wrap apron with organic shape that is sculpted to fit a real body, such as yours. I made this to fit on your left hip but it will work on either. Equipped with one very large pocket (see my thumb that is pointing to the bottom of it), a wide pencil pocket AND a secret pocket on the inside - scroll down the pics to see some with stuff stuffed in them and you'll see. Made from chaos-quilted layers of heavy linen and cotton double gauze with cotton on top.
