Believe me, canned spinach IS a compliment. When I was in high school I would always ask the cafeteria ladies for extra spinach. They complied, and clearly judged me, and I didn't care. Because I got more spinach.
Summer or layering-weight camisole top made from everyone's favorite old-timey cotton: Swiss dot. With an arching hem, lot of detailed scrappy hem, and swampy long shoulder ties.
