basket [canvas, hand-painted]

I painted canvas and sewed it into a basket / container / structure. That's the short version: read the studio notes here.

It's an abstract array of raspberry pinks and browns trim and hand-dyed striped linen lining and brown trim. With dots. Always with the dots. 

• details: 8.5 tall by 5 by 4 inches, fully lined. Kind of squishy but stands on its own.
