Definitely not a dead salamander (dress or skirt)

Okay I love ruching and I've been having a blast making sculpted stretchy shapes with it but dang they are tough to sell in person because they look like dead little salamanders — not exactly shapeless, but mis-shapen and not in an enticing way. In a lifeless way. SO ANYWAY here's this dress. I had plans for it to be much more elaborate but I got this far, put it on the dress form, and it has a certain snazziness that told me 'stop helen, stop right there.' So I did.

Look, you can also wear it as a skirt. ALRIGHT. OKAY.

Yes that's me with a big messy pile of hair and Sneech toes that point up even if I don't know they're doing that.
