Asymmetric (do I need to even mention that any more?) skirt with panels of linen trimmed with black velvet and cotton twill, interspersed with billowy panels of deep black cotton. Partial elastic waist. And pleats! There are some big pleats.

- actual measurements: waist fits 36 to 40 comfortably, hips measure about 60, length varies from 21 to 38 inches
